Estate Planning: Let Us Help You Prepare
Preparing a will is not something anyone likes to think about doing. Preparing a will means preparing for time when you are no longer on this earth. It’s not a pleasant thing to contemplate, but it’s a fact: one day we will die, and most likely we will leave behind children and families. Will they be secure after you’re gone?
On Sunday, March 2nd, Real Life Church is hosting an estate planning session. At this town-hall style meeting, you’ll be able to get a better understanding of your basic estate planning needs. For a limited time, we have the opportunity to prepare basic estate planning documents for our members for a greatly reduced rate of $150. The package includes a basic trust will, community property agreement, and health care directive. Normally this would cost between $500 and $2000!
Everyone needs a will. No matter how big or small your family is, or how young or old your children are, it’s loving and responsible to have a plan in place for them, and to keep that plan up to date. If you’ve ever dealt with the loss of a loved one, you know the chaos, numbness, and confusion that comes in its wake. If no plans have been made regarding property, health decisions, or guardianship, it only adds to the survivors’ stress as they deal with making those arrangements. For just a couple of hours on a Sunday evening, you can give them peace of mind for the future.
Katie, who participated last year, had this to say:
Ben and I highly recommend attending this! We had wanted to set up a will for a while, but the cost was prohibitive. This was an AMAZING deal, and we are so thankful that Joyce gave her time and expertise to create the documents.
Knowing that in the case of either or both of our deaths, our children will be covered legally and financially gives us great peace of mind.
Everything was explained well step by step, and we were welcome to come back with questions along the way.
I would recommend this to YOU!
Estate planning will take place at 6 PM. Childcare will be provided. Please don’t miss this important opportunity to prepare things for your loved ones!
